About Bram
I focus on retail and industrial leasing, investment sales of main street storefront properties, and development land and assembly sales in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). I have also built a niche business doing specialty and short-term leasing. Joining RLPE in 2024 marks nearly a decade of dedicated experience in the commercial real estate sector. Throughout my career, I've achieved significant milestones, including the successful sale of landmark street-front properties in downtown Toronto and facilitating land sales in areas like the Junction Triangle and Kensington Market. My personal interests outside of business are centred on spending quality time with with my family. A proud husband and father, living in the Upper Beaches, I love to explore local shops, and to sing and play piano.
