Victoria actively listened and observed my needs. likes, preferred style and preferred locations to find appropriate listings. ! Victoria understands and advocates for tenants rights, she worked tirelessly helping us find a place that met all our requirements but also fit our budget. I did not expect her to work so hard considering we were only looking for a rental, but Victoria treats all her clients equally and she truly cares about finding the perfect home for you, whether it be too rent or to buy. When looking for places she took my concerns and while viewing places she listed each of my concerns in real time. Most importantly she makes you feel comfortable as thought you are more of a friend rather then a client. Omg! Throughout our process, she stayed consistent, patiently walking us through the entire process. We literally moved from trying to purchase a home to looking for a rental. Months and months of viewing houses and Victoria never for one day ghosted us. We had times we couldn’t come to town to view homes and she would graciously attend the viewings for us taking videos and getting on video calls with us to make sure all the properties were to our standard.
